Iyerpadi factory has obtained ISO 22000:2005 Certification for food safety standards. Both Iyerpadi and Paralai factories are certified organic tea manufacturing factories; for both orthodox and CTC tea. In particular, the Iyerpadi estate has obtained Organic Tea Certification and the Notified Organic Product (NOP) Certification, mandatory for organic tea exports to the USA. This estate has also been awarded the Fairtrade Certification from the Fairtrade Labeling Organization.
