The Martycherra estate sprawling over 3,581 acres is situated in the district of Cachar in the state of Assam and is 55 Kms from Silchar town. This plantation is one of the 116 registered tea gardens in the Barak Valley and the last in the Cachar district bordering the North Cachar Hills.

As part of the expansion programme through organic growth the estate was acquired by Parry Agro in 2009.
