New Ambadi estates spread across 1703 acres and is located in Kulasekharam, Kanyakumari District of Tamil Nadu. The annual production is 1.4 million kgs of various grades of rubber. The estate receives 200-250 cm of rainfall per annum. Apart from rubber, New Ambadi Estates also harvests minor crops like Coconut, Cloves, Nutmeg, Pepper, and Arecanut.
New Ambadi estates been
awarded the ISO 9001:2000 Certification and is also the only rubber
plantation in India with Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)
certification.
